Privacy Notice
Who this notice is from
This notice is issued by SAC Youths, part of the Seventh-day Adventist Conference (Singapore) ("the Conference", "we"), which is responsible for the personal data collected through this appeal-response page during the Trauma at the Tree series (27–29 Aug 2026).
What we collect
Only what the response form actually asks:

We do not ask for your NRIC or FIN, your date of birth, your home address, or any payment details.
About the contact field
Sharing a phone number or email is optional if you only ask to be prayed for, or only write a question/prayer request — you can submit anonymously. If you choose to join a community, learn more about Jesus, or be baptised, we ask for a way to reach you, since those responses need a real follow-up.
About the question/prayer request field
This field is read after each session, not monitored live — the same notice appears on the form itself. If you need to talk to someone tonight, please find one of the leaders in the room rather than writing it here. What you write is treated as sensitive information and read only by our pastoral team.
Who can see it
Your responses are stored in a spreadsheet in the Conference's own Google Workspace account, restricted to [[CONFIRM: exact names — handoff draft says christon@adventist.org.sg and tech@adventist.org.sg only]].
A small number of technology providers process this information on our behalf in order to run the service. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes:

These providers may operate servers outside Singapore, so your information may be transferred and stored overseas. Where that happens we take steps intended to ensure it remains protected to a standard comparable to that required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
How long we keep it

Your choices
- Skip anything optional. Sharing contact details is voluntary unless the response you choose needs follow-up.
- Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, and ask us to delete your record.
Withdrawing will not affect anything already done before you withdrew, and we may need to keep a minimal record of the request itself so that it is honoured.
How we protect it
Access to the responses is restricted to the named people above and protected by the Conference's own account security. This page sends your response over an encrypted connection, and the endpoint that records it is restricted so that it only accepts submissions from the official page.
